Rayliza Initiatives was founded by Rev. Dr. Raymond Sogah, an educator, technology professional, and community advocate passionate about creating opportunities for underserved communities.

With a background in computer science and international experience in education and administration, McRay brings a unique blend of innovation and grassroots understanding to community development. His vision is to build sustainable systems that empower individuals not just for today, but for the future.

Through Rayliza Initiatives, he continues to bridge local impact with global opportunities, engaging the diaspora and partners to drive meaningful change.
