Rayliza Initiatives exists to uplift individuals and families in underserved communities across Ghana. Established and registered with the Government of Ghana in 2019, we are led by Rev. Dr. Raymond Sogah and driven entirely by faith.
We don't just offer charity — we offer life. Long-term, Christ-centered solutions combining education, agriculture, empowerment, and discipleship to help communities break free from cycles of poverty.

Every program is a direct response to a real need — from unreached villages to city classrooms.
Education
Rayliza Academy, adult literacy, scholarships, school supplies, and the Better Version of Me initiative equipping 1,000+ young people with life skills.
Agriculture
Agri-education for farmers and youth. Boosting Rayliza Farms to address food insecurity and build sustainable livelihoods in rural communities.
Economic Empowerment
Vocational training in tailoring, hairstyling, and trade skills. Capital for business start-ups and strengthening existing small businesses.
Hearts of Grace Project
Supporting and celebrating with widows, orphans, the aged, street children, and any other vulnerable person — meeting their practical needs with the love and grace of Christ.
Education Initiative
Rayliza Academy
Started January 25, 2021, Rayliza Academy provides Christ-centered, affordable, quality education for children from low-income and underserved families. From a small beginning to 270+ learners, it's a trusted community school.
