Rayliza Initiatives is a Christian-centered nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming lives and communities through practical service, education, and the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Our work focuses on five core pillars: Mission, Education, Economic Empowerment, Agriculture, and Hearts of Grace.

We serve individuals and families in some of the poorest communities in Ghana, helping them grow spiritually, academically, socially, and economically. Our vision is to make a holistic impact on the lives of men, women, and children—strengthening their faith, improving their well-being, and creating opportunities for a better future.

With internal and some individual support, Rayliza Initiatives undertakes the following, as they remain the major focus of the organization.

1. MISSION

In Partnership with Rhema Full Gospel Church

We are committed to spreading the Gospel and strengthening communities through:

Community Missions & Outreach

• Mission trips to underserved and less-privileged communities.
• Spiritual support, counseling, and community-building activities.
• Demonstrating Christ’s love through acts of compassion.

Church Planting & Kingdom Expansion

• Establishing new churches in unreached or developing communities.
• Training and supporting local leaders to sustain new congregations.
• Strengthening existing churches through discipleship and leadership development.

Humanitarian Support & Relief Services

• Donations of clothing, food items, school supplies, and essential household items.
• Medical screenings, basic health care, and wellness education.
• Support for widows, orphans, the aged, street children, and vulnerable families.

Evangelism & Crusades

• Open-air crusades, market evangelisms, and community revival meetings.
• Gospel outreach through preaching, music, drama, and testimonies.
• Mobilizing volunteers and church members for soul-winning initiatives.

2. EDUCATION

Better Version of Me – A Rayliza Initiative for Transformation and Opportunity

Adult Literacy & Skills Empowerment

We empower uneducated adults by teaching them how to read, write, and communicate confidently. This restores dignity, opens doors to employment, and helps adults participate fully in society.

Educational Access for Less-Privileged Children

We identify children from low-income or vulnerable backgrounds and enroll them at Rayliza Academy, ensuring they receive quality education, mentorship, and a safe learning environment.

Student Sponsorship & Support

We provide scholarships, learning materials, uniforms, and other essential support to students in need—removing financial barriers and helping every child succeed academically and socially.

Girl Child Agenda

We support adolescent girls through mentorship, education, and empowerment programs that build confidence and protect their future.

BECE Support

We assist BECE candidates with study materials, revision classes, motivation, and exam preparation support.

3. ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT (JOB TRAINING)

We help individuals achieve financial independence and stability through:

1. Vocational training programs such as tailoring, hairdressing, and other trades.
2. Capital support for business start-ups.
3. Strengthening existing small businesses.
4. Promoting entrepreneurship and sustainable livelihoods.

4. AGRICULTURE

In Collaboration with AGI, GEPA, MCEs, and Agricultural Agencies

Our agricultural initiatives aim to improve food security and create economic opportunities through:

• Agri-education for farmers and youth interested in agriculture.
• Training in modern and sustainable farming practices.
• Support and expansion of Rayliza Farms to boost productivity and community development.
